Established in 1991, the Law Firm was initially named Vectra Law Firm. Since 2002 it has existed as
Loos’s Law Firm. The office’s foundator - Attorney at law Violetta Loos - also worked in the partnership
in the years 2003-2006.
The Law Firm offers a wide range of commercial law services. Our lawyers provide advice for both
companies and natural persons, domestic and international clients on many different legal areas,
including civil law, corporate law, intelectual property law, employment law, administrative law and
family law.
Some of the legal issues we commonly deal with are civil and commercial litigation, drafting legal
opinions and contracts, negotiating on behalf of our Clients, legal investment’s service, creation of
partnerships and legal entities, trade corporations, foundations and associations.
In civil, commercial and family issues we offer professional mediation instead of judicial litigation.
